Well, still no Kitchenaid, so that doesn’t leave much left available. I’m going to do cheese because I have all the stuff already. My mom (and I) made mozzarella once so I can do that again. I’m hoping to do some different cheeses as well. Maybe even a hard cheese too. try to kill my kids, I’m not using it. So no more bread this month. At least until I get someone to look at it. So I have to decide what I’ll do this month instead. Looking over my kitchen goals I realized that the first four months involve carbs. Some of them are [...] I never did see if it was a good sandwich bread because we pretty much just chowed down on it, but two thumbs up for Annie’s Sandwich Bread. And now I can’t try out any more recipes because my Kitchenaid is acting weird. It’s very fast and actually walked itself off the counter when [...] While making bread tonight (Annie’s Eats version) I realized that I had gotten the wrong recipes. I want to use whole wheat flour, to start using my food storage. And most of the recipes I had were for white, specifically bread, flour.
