I never did see if it was a good sandwich bread because we pretty much just chowed down on it, but two thumbs up for Annie’s Sandwich Bread. And now I can’t try out any more recipes because my Kitchenaid is acting weird. It’s very fast and actually walked itself off the counter when I made the bread. Almost hit Oliver. My annoyance at him for breaking my external hard drive vanished immediately. It was very scary to think of what could have happened.
But we did have some good bread. Here’s some pics:
Yeah, notice how funky it looks? That’s because I hit the pan against the oven as I was putting it in. Half of it deflated immediately 
It was so beautiful.
