So this year, as one of my goals, I decided to try something new in the kitchen every month. Some of them are things that I’ve done, but I want to become an expert. Or at least good enough that it doesn’t bother me to do it. So with that in mind here’s the list of things I’m trying this year:
- January: sandwich bread
- February: artisan bread
- March: noodles
- April: pretzels
- May: smoothies
- June: ice cream
- July: 4 new veggies
- August: canning
- September: cheese
- October: jerky
- November: beans
- December: marshmallows
Hopefully, by this time next year, I’ll have tried new things and become proficient in them.
