Sheesh, I can’t believe it’s October already. No pictures today b/c Kaelee is still doing school so she has her binder still. We’ve (she’s) lost the science book. She’s says she’s read it already (it is small), but it doesn’t help to not have it when it’s time for worksheets and stuff. Yesterday we did all of her experiments for the week. Last year (?) I bought a microscope and it’s wonderful. Of course, once we got it out to really use it I realized I didn’t have an accessory kit. We had a couple of blank slide and covers, but I’m going to need to order a kit from hometrainingtools.com.
Math has been put on hold while we do fractions worksheets from Math Mammoth. I think they do a good job explaining again and lots more practice for Kaelee.
I managed to lose GWG’s workbook. We have the student text, but not the workbook. I must have put it some place when I was making up the binders and now I can’t find it. But there’s grammar in Latin and writing so I’m not too worried right now. I was even thinking about dropping one or at least cutting back so there’s not so much.
Also, despite having the largest Circa rings, 6 weeks worth of school cannot fit in a binder. I think it’s going to have to be 4 weeks.
