Art: We still really aren’t doing art yet. I’m hoping to get it going within the next couple of weeks. But the first picture is of Kaelee doing somethings from Draw, Write, Now.
Spelling is going really well. We’re almost through with the program and then we’ll move on to copywork. I’m noticing there still are a lot of little misspelled words in her writing, but she’s doing good overall.
I really like Writing Tales; Kaelee, not so much. I think it’s harder than Writing Strands, as in it requires more work.
Grammar is going well too. I need to order grade 4 of Growing with Grammar, but I’m hesitant to do it, because I worry that she’s doing too much grammar with Writing Tales and Lively Latin. I really like GWG though. So we’ll see.
Math needs a lot of work. Kaelee was doing really well remembering her times tables before we broke for Christmas, but a month+ off just had her forgetting everything, so we need to start drilling again.
